Shipping Policy

At Roaya Al Mustaqbal, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Regions
We deliver across all emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, and the Western Region.

Delivery Fees

• For orders above 150 AED: A flat delivery fee of 10 AED applies in Dubai and 20 AED in Abu Dhabi.
• For orders below 150 AED: A delivery fee of 25 AED applies in Dubai and 50 AED in Abu Dhabi.
• For orders above 500 AED in Dubai: Free delivery.

Delivery Time & Schedule

• Dubai Central: Same-day delivery is available within 24 working hours for orders placed before 10:00 AM. Orders placed after 10:00 AM may be processed for the next working day.
• Abu Dhabi: Delivered within 48 hours from order confirmation.
• Al Ain: Delivered within 72 hours from order confirmation.
• Sharjah: Deliveries are made weekly every Saturday.
• Western Region — Al Dhafra, Sila, and Ruwais: Delivered once a month. Delivery schedules are fixed for the 28th, 29th, and 30th of each calendar month.

General Terms & Conditions

• Delivery timelines are calculated based on standard working hours and operational delivery days.
• All orders are subject to stock availability, driver routing, and delivery schedule availability.
• While we always aim to meet the timelines above, delays may occur during holidays, peak sale periods, or due to operational circumstances.
• If any delay or schedule adjustment is expected for your order, our customer care team will contact you as soon as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the status of your delivery.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement.
